Reference is a relationship between person and company in which one person designates, or acts as a means by which to connect to or link to, Business. A business reference is a recommendation provided on behalf of a client, vendor, or other business associate or contact.

Customer delight is surprising a customer by exceeding his or her expectations and thus creating a positive emotional reaction. Customer delight directly affects the sales and profitability of a company as it helps to distinguish the company and its products and services from the competition.

Great customer service means following best practices like valuing customers time, having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful resources. If the client is having trouble using your software, just don’t ignore the point where your product is lacking behind. Make sure that the problem is solved and customers get the full experience of using your software.

Be clear about where you’re not an expert


If you’re not an expert on something, do not try to take that project. Only when you’re super strong or comfortable handling the projects, then you’ll end up delighting the person you’re working with.

Sometimes accepting more projects results in wrong functionality which doesn’t last long and creates a bad reputation.

Visualize and manage all the information about your points of sale and surrounding environment to identify gaps in the network where you should be selling your products.

Never make network growth your goal. It’s more like a side effect. It may not contribute to results, so all you need is to research and then act.

Always show through actions and contribute equally to your colleague’s success. Be there to help others, if possible, try to attend their functions and invest more in them.
